Mission
Our mission is to strengthen the professional foundation of first-year K–12 educators by equipping them with targeted resources, sustained support, and research-based strategies to build self-efficacy and instructional confidence. Bridging the Gap Literary Works and Educational Consulting LLC partners with school districts to address the critical challenge of early-career teacher attrition by offering high-impact workshops, individualized coaching, and structured professional development aligned with district goals and student outcomes.
Objective
Our objective is to deliver a personalized, results-driven approach to professional learning that supports the success of first-year K–12 educators.
We are committed to understanding the unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs of the educators we serve—recognizing that diversity strengthens instructional practices and school culture.
Through inclusive collaboration with district leaders, administrators, and instructional teams, we foster an environment where every stakeholder’s insight, support, and purposeful engagement contribute to the growth and retention of new teachers.
Our approach not only elevates first-year educator performance but also aligns with district goals to improve equity, build capacity, and promote long-term instructional excellence.
Experience
- With a passion for helping students reach their full potential, I bring over 21 years of experience in data-driven training, along with nine years of classroom-based instruction. My background includes curriculum development, program design, and extensive work as a teacher mentor.
- I have specialized expertise in special education, accommodations, and supporting students with learning differences.
- I equip educators with innovative, interactive tools designed to increase student engagement and academic success—ensuring learning is not only effective but also enjoyable.
Through interactive lessons—like comparing the physical characteristics of the Sun, Earth, and Moon—students deepen their understanding of complex concepts. Recently, we integrated a hands-on engineering design process with a “Force and Motion” experiment, creating memorable and meaningful learning experiences. These innovative approaches foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a lasting love of science.

Additional Information and Services
🍎 We offer personalized one-on-one coaching designed specifically for first-year teachers. Sessions are available by the hour or as part of a three-session package, with each session lasting 45–60 minutes. Our goal is to support your growth, boost confidence, and help you thrive in your first year of teaching.
🍎We provide targeted leadership professional development for school and district teams, designed to strengthen organizational capacity and support continuous improvement. Our offerings include sessions on conflict resolution, time management, team building, and other essential leadership competencies that enhance collaboration, effectiveness, and school culture.
